Do you accept returns? / How to make a return?

The below applies only to purchases made directly on our website:

Standard Return Policy

Lume Pads purchased from leiainc.com can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided the product is undamaged (unless it was delivered damaged) or there is a malfunction with the device.Leia Inc. may test hardware that is returned due to reported malfunction upon arrival and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.Any returned product that is damaged as a result of customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. It is strongly recommended that all personal (including images) saved on your Lume Pad be deleted completely prior to returning the device to Leia Inc.

Domestic Customers:
All customers will be provided with a freight carrier return label and will be required to drop off the package at the carrier's location. Shipping fees will not be charged to you as long as standard shipping is used for the return. If shipping is expedited, the cost incurred will be deducted from your refund amount once distributed. Contact our Customer Support Team at help@leiainc.com to request a return. Please include your order number and device serial number (Settings > About tablet > Model & hardware).

International Customers:
All customers based outside of the U.S. will be required to return the Lume Pad and accessories at their expense. Contact our Customer Support Team at help@leiainc.com to request a return. Please include your order number and device serial number (see Settings > About tablet > Model & hardware).

Refunds are typically issued within 2-5 business days from the date we received your package.
