What You Will Do:
The Staff Accountant plays a key role in the growth of our Finance function! In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. You will bring a working knowledge of intercompany transactions to support the monthly reconciliations process for accurate financial reporting across US and international entities. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
● Assist the team with posting journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of the financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies.
● Own the accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, payment and collections process including intercompany transactions.
● Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes for various US and international subsidiaries. Performing monthly reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
● Experience in accounting software, such as Plex, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
● Coordinate and prepare documentation requests for external auditors.
● Assist with various accounting and finance projects as required.

● Highly motivated and process focused.
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
● 2+ years of relevant experience in an accounting position, preferably in a multi-entity, multi-currency, or international business setting.
● Eagerness to contribute to the team by taking on additional responsibilities and seeking continued professional development.
